When it comes to public transport, politicians love making promises that they never intend to follow through with – but in the case of the Bayside Rail Project on the Frankston line, the decision to actually pursue the upgrades has led to an unexpected bonus – clean trains.

Level crossing removals and odd advertisements

A week or two ago a new Victorian Government advertising campaign started appearing on Melbourne television screens, spruiking the work being done to remove level crossings across the city. However the way they go about getting their message across seems a little strange, as you might also see once you watch the video.
